Access to the complete Boabom Journey – all four main branches and all classes! We recommend you start with the introductory classes, but also have a look around, we have dozens of classes that you can try.

Welcome! You’ll get immediate access to the entire Boabom online course. Look around, check out our introductory videos, and be on the lookout for useful emails to help you get the most out of your Boabom Journey!

New videos will be released weekly. You can also begin one of our progressive courses where you will learn deeply, one class at a time.

You need internet to register, but if there are particular classes you’d like to have access to anytime, you can download them for offline viewing.

Only you, perfect as you are! For most of the classes a quiet space with minimal distractions where you can move your arms and legs freely is ideal, along with clothes you’re comfortable moving in. But some you can even do at your desk!

The classes run from 5 to 25 minutes, so you can fit them easily into your daily schedule. You can practice once a day, every other day, even just a couple times a week.

One of the great things about Boabom is that you learn something new every class. This is a great way to keep us engaged, because we avoid routine and the eventual boredom that can creep in.

We’re a group of highly experienced Boabom teachers, with nearly a century of teaching experience between us. We’ve dedicated our lives to the Boabom arts. Yemado is the director of the Boston School of Boabom and will be your guide in this Boabom Journey. Asanaro is the author of The Secret Art of Seamm-Jasani as well as several other books on Boabom. Maiyamm is a senior Boabom teacher and director of Boabom Chile. The three of us have worked together across the globe for many years, and we’re thrilled to bring Boabom to you! We’ll also be joined by other guest teachers from around the world.

Absolutely. Boabom’s unique combination of meditation and movement helps us meditate without having to sit still. By using the body to move the mind, we create a powerful meditation as we focus on breathing and movement.

Boabom brings movement to your meditation practice. It can be an amazing complement, both as a “warm-up” that can help you deepen your meditation, and as a different approach, bringing movement together with breathing and mindfulness.

Boabom comes out of its own tradition, with roots in ancient Tibet. While there are so many different varieties of yoga, in general Boabom focuses more on movements and less on held poses. And while all movement systems share one big idea—the human body—the movements in Boabom are different from those in Tai Chi and Qi Gong, as they come from different traditions.

The combination of defense with meditation helps us build inner power, calm and strength.
