Moving Meditation with Yemado
Moving meditation is an excellent alternative to traditional seated meditation practices. By simply breathing, moving, and following the teacher, we’re able to focus our mind and meditate without having to sit still. We’ll start with relaxing movements before we move to a directed moving meditation.

Boabom seated meditation begins with simple, easily accessible meditation techniques, always directly related to the concepts of Boabom’s movement practices of using body and mind in unison. We’ll start with simple movements to relax our body and release tension before moving to a guided breathwork meditation.
